We accept payment via all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept check, money order, or wire transfer (electronic debit), although these payment techniques may cause delay in the processing of the order.

We also accept payments via PayPal, Amazon, Pay Later and Visa Checkout.

Sales Tax:

Your sales tax is based on the concerned State rates and district rates. The percentage of the sales tax varies from 5 to 9.75 percent, based on your State and district rates. In some cases, customer is accountable to pay for the right sales tax according to their very own State legal needs, as we may not have the ability to collect the sales tax during the time of transaction.

The amount of sales tax depends on the rates in your respective state and district.

Warranty Coverage:

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchases. Other than applicable manufacturer's warranties, or as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions, there are no warranties, express or implied for any of our products, and we specifically disclaim any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & aftermarket wheel packages.

For other parts, we offer a restricted warranty of 90 days (or else as mentioned in the invoice) from the date received by the original purchaser or installer, unless of course otherwise specified, and covers the alternative of the defective part(s). The warranty is applicable only to parts replacement unless a part cannot be obtained in its place. For such cases, a complete refund will be released to the original customer. A refund or an exchange of the defective part will be processed only when it is supported with the original sales invoice. All products should be within their original condition and must not be broken because of incorrect installation upon return. The warranty is restricted simply to the initial purchaser and it is non-transferable.

All products receive a limited 90-days warranty period by manufacturer. The manufacturer will allow the parts to be under warranty provided that these parts are free from defects in workmanship and material. On NO account, our liability will exceed the quantity of the original sale. Items damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental vehicle expenses caused by installation errors. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay any return shipping charges incurred. All returned products should have the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number written outdoors the shipping box just before return. The RMA number can be acquired by calling or by sending an e-mail to our Customer Support. Returned products with no RMA number will not be accepted.

Our liability does not cover stolen or lost packages mailed back through the customer that contains the various components being stated under warranty. Since the customer is the shipper, he/she's the only person who is able to file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim should be coordinated and processed with the shipping company through the customer.

The warranty will not cover the given below points:

1. Any amount that exceeds that of the original sale.

2. Part damage or failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repair or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.

3. Freight charges, cost of parts removal, normal deterioration, and consequential or subsequent damage.

4. Stolen or lost packages mailed back through the customer that contains the various components being stated under warranty. The client must coordinate with the shipping company.

When returning a product, it has to possess the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) otherwise that it will not be accepted.
