IMPORTANT: Our Company does not accept worldwide orders yet nor will we accept credit cards issued outside the U.S. If you are ordering parts for multiple vehicles, you will probably have multiple shipping charges as the parts are coming from our different warehouses that are situated around USA or these deliveries are coming from each unique vendor, who has their very own warehouses. Delivery Signature: Your shipment mayor may not need a delivery signature. Please realize that this extra precaution is taken to ensure secure product delivery to our clients. If you would like to ask that a delivery signature is not to be needed, please input the next statement within the 'Comments' box when placing the transaction (at the end of the page): Please Don't need a delivery signature for this shipment. Should you want to cancel the transaction, please call us immediately. If there is a noticeable difference between your shipping and billing address, we will contact your card company to verify your account information.

Available Parts Status: The online parts catalog will be utilized as a reference guide and does not always reflect the precision, prices, availability, or stocking status of parts. You agree not to refuse ANY shipments unconditionally. Declined shipments are going to be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent. If you are ordering parts for different vehicle makes, you realize that every vehicle make ships from its own unique location and for that reason separate shipping charges may apply. For all non-freight deliveries (for example Fed-ex, USPS or UPS deliveries), please inspect the products of your order for defects or damages within 48 hours following postage carrier delivery confirmation. You have to inform our company within 48 hours of delivery regarding any defects or damages to the products of your order. If you are present at the time of delivery, any damages should be noted with the postage carrier and reflected on your copy of the delivery receipt. For all freight shipments,(truck-line shipment such as Gator, AAA Cooper, etc.) customer should be present. Freight deliveries should be inspected at the time of delivery and any damages should be noted on the delivery service provider's delivery receipt. If there's no damage noted on the receipt, no credit will be issued. NOTE: Our warehouses are closed on Saturday or Sunday. Please allow 24 hours. For in-stock orders to be processed and shipped. Please note that all shipping ETAs are approximations from after the date of shipment. Also, please note that some products cannot legally be shipped in planes and need ground transportation. We will try our best to consolidate your order right into a single shipment but there is possibility that we will separate your order by manufacturer and your order might be shipped from two separate warehouses. In case your order requires more than one shipment, the above-mentioned estimate recommendations will apply to EACH separate shipment. At checkout you will only be charged for shipping once, however, the additional transportation charge will be included to your order just before shipping.

Performance Order Shipping: Once orders are confirmed, performance parts are shipped within 24-48 hours via Ground service. Delivery time is dependent on how big the package is and the delivery address. Two (2) to seven (7) business days from shipment date (excluding weekends and holidays) are allocated for medium and small-sized packages. Truck Freight, large packages that could contain brush pads or running boards take about 2-9 business days to be delivered. For deliveries in Alaska, Hawaii, along with other areas outdoors the continental United States, a shipping fee is charged and delivery time might take longer. Performance part orders do not be qualify for an Overnight and a 2 Days shipping.

Truck Freight: Large part orders that need special handling are delivered via Truck freight. Shipment takes about 24-48 hours from confirmation of your order. Damaged Deliveries: Upon receiving your order inspect all packages completely for missing, broken, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses help with every effort to avoid shipping damage however; it does occur occasionally. If you receive a broken part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to us. If the shipper has left a broken package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper, and ensure the package returns back to us. We must be contacted immediately if any of these happens to avoid you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, broken, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not accountable for stolen or lost packages and all sorts of claims all such claims should be processed through the shipping company.

Shipping Information:

Shipping Carriers: The majority of our parts are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, and AGS. Meanwhile, engines are shipped via R & L trucking. Our distributor partners may also use another carrier services.

Urgent Delivery: You can have your ordered part shipped through overnight or 2-day shipping, with extra charges. This option is available for small & medium-sized packages, excluding orders for performance parts. When getting any of these options, your order must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays. There is no overnight or 2-daydelivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Just in case you set your order around the stated days, the shipping cycle will start on the next available business day. Air freight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours. When delivering to residential addresses. This really is beyond our control and air freight charges will not be refunded.
